The Vile Vial - Brainworms is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update. One has a chance to be obtained as a bonus reward from catching perfect fish.

When consumed, the player will receive the Brainworms malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured (or removed) from a successful surgery on the player with the malady. Both players, the surgeon and patient, will receive a prize afterwards.

When recycled, Vile Vial - Brainworms is recycled, the player will gain 250 Gems
