When equipped, the Eir's Healing Rune grants the Healing: Eir's Healing Rune mod, which allows the player to heal faster than usual after receiving damage from hitting a pain block.
Trivia
- While the healing effect is activated, the player will not be able to double-jump for a split second, only when they have the latter active in the first place.
