The Mad Hatter is an unsplicable hat item which was added in the Winter Clash update. One can be purchased from the Winter Clash Rewards Store for 7,000 Winter Tokens.
Function
When the player punches another player while equipping this item, the other player will appear to have one of the Mad Hats one their head. The Mad Hatter will also increase the damage given by its wearer to blocks.
