When equipped together with the Jack's Vest, Jack's Jeans, and Jack's Shoes, it grants the Jack of All Trades! mod, which allows role quests to give 3% bonus points. It can be stacked with other items that grants a similar mod, such as Supplier's Cape or Crafter's Cape.
