The Puffer Fish Block is a pain block that can be obtained by fishing in a drilled Ice Crust Block with a Water Bucket on top, using any bait.
Function
Every time the player runs into the item, they will let out circles of stars, similar to when you hit Acid or a Shockinator, and take damage. The base damage from Acid, Lava, Lava Cubes, Party Cacti, Shockinators, and Cacti themselves are all equivalent, they each take five consecutive hits to kill the player.
