The Hidden Door is a new item added in the Hidden Riches update, it works like the Secret Passage. It can be obtained by breaking blocks on Friday (or maybe other days...?), although Growtopians could also get it from Small Seed Packs or by using a Harvest Moon Blast, letting them have it before it was planned.
