The Balloon-O-Matic is an item can be obtained when buying Balloon Warz Pack. It is used to convert any items from rarity 1-200 into War Balloons. However, a total of 200 rarities of items are required to be converted in order to get the balloons. If not, the credits of rarity will remain in the Balloon-O-Matic. Also, every 8000 rarity converted, you get a gift (not sure what yet)
