They are official names, when you ask Locke, he knows what they are. Plus I couldn't really find anything on the forums, except from people who found those items on the Wiki or that Wombat database. And we knew these items such as Inviso-Block before Locke actually came out. So how do we know their names? Data-mining? I'm also going to assume that you can't find out the name of Inviso-Block from looking at an item sprite of, well, absolutely nothing.
