Party Screamer is a consumable which was added as part of the Anniversary Week 2017 update. You can get it by using a party in a box. It is used for shouting party screams and works the same way as a Super Broadcast/Megaphone but you cannot change the text, it is pre-made.
Screams of the party screamer include:

- "Peace, love, and party!"
- "I'm like a good demon, bringin' the party in!"
- "Crank it up!"
