Party Fowl is a hand item which was added on Anniversary Week 2017. A Party Fowl can be obtained by playing for 3 years, over 100 hours, and reaching level 50. A Party Fowl can now be obtained anytime. If you missed the Anniversary, you'll still be able to get one.
