The Betty Bluetooth Doll is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of WinterFest 2016.

When equipped, an antropomorphic doll pet appears and follows the player around. This item also grants the Shocking Pet mod, which replaces the player's punch with lightning bolts, similar to the Zeus' Lightning Bolt or Focused Eyes.
