This item was released on the 8th of October 2016 as part of the Growassic Park update. It is obtainable from Fossil Rocks that can be found randomly on rocks, and it needs to be removed using a Rock Hammer and Rock Chisel THEN using a Fossil Brush on the dropped Fossil to turn it into a Polished Fossil, which gives a better item inside a Fossil Prep Station.
