The Ancestor Ghost was added into Growtopia during 2016`s Harvest Festival. When a player breaks a tree, there's a chance of an Ancestor Ghost spawning. The higher the rarity of the tree, the more likely an Ancestor Ghost will spawn. Ancestor Ghosts will only spawn during Harvest Festival.

Trivia

The appearance of the Ancestor Ghost is the same as a normal ghost, but the only difference is its color, which is brownish-green.

Catching an Ancestor Ghost rewards you with an Ancestor Mooncake.
