The great thing about silkworms is that they don't have unique souls. They're totally interchangeable! Jam this into any dead silkworm to bring it back for a 2nd chance.

The Silkworm Soul was added with Harvest Festival 2016. It is a consumable which can be used to revive your poor dead silkworm. The silkworm will keep the same color it had before it died.
