Very little is known about this other than it can be found from an Spirit Storage Unit that exploded and that it is said to be from a Spirit Storage Unit that exploded at 275% making it very difficult to get.
When combined with Cyclopean Visors or Burning Eyes and Fire Hose, you can punch 4 blocks far and knock an enemy 8 blocks far.
