When equipped, the No-Face grants the Mark of Growganoth mod which makes the player's face disappear.

Trivia

It is not possible for a player to be fully invisible with the The One Ring and No-Face , even though the No-Face removes the player's face.
Since October 1, 2020, it is now possible to be fully invisible with The One Ring and No-Face. This is supposedly temporary.
During the Quality of Life Changes update on May 20, 2022, the price of No-Face and other rate items were priced at a low price in the Sales-Man. This was reverted an hour after the update was released along and made No-Face untradable so the developers can remove it from the player's inventory. This was made tradable again on June 1, 2022.
