Obtainable by mixing Paintbrush , 20 Art Wall , and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner. To paint, you need 2 of every color bucket.

This item can't be spliced

This item never drops any seeds.

This item has special properties you can adjust with the Wrench.

Additional Info:

It costs 2 Paint Buckets of every color to paint something, and to remove a painting it costs 4 Paint Buckets - Varnish.

You can paint ANY item (even Legendary Items and a Fist!), but you cannot paint a Wrench as it is impossible to select your Wrench in your inventory without it changing to Fist.
