How Geiger Counters are charged is simple hacksere.
Equip your Dead Geiger Counter and hold it for 31 minutes (1% every 20 seconds.) Even if you don't move, it'll charge up as long as its equipped. The owners of Geiger counter charging worlds just want to get Growtokens (Don't get fooled with the 'Geiger Charging Worlds!').
Note: Unequipping the Dead Geiger Counter will AUTOMATICALLY reset it to 0% charge. If you log off without unequipping the Dead Geiger Counter, it will still be the same charge it had before you logged off.
