The Silk Vest is added in the Silkworm Update and come with a different colours.
To sew it, you need to place a Silk Bolt - Blue inside the Sewing Machine, Straight Stitch it to a Silk Bolt - White and then Straight Stitch a Silk Bolt - Blue to sew it.
