This burnt wooden pile is created when you ignite the Highly Combustible Box.

Despite the common misconception, the pile is now obtainable from combusting a combustible box inside another combustible box, 2 punches with a fist would destroy it. And can be destroyed by public, much like Toxic Waste and Garbage.
