The Icy Axe Blade is an unsplicable component which was added on WinterFest 2015. One can be obtained from forging 100 Tempered Axe Fragments while holding an Icy Heart Of Winter in the player's inventory.

Function

Two of these, when combined with a Grip Tape and a Steel Axe Handle in any Chemical Combiner, will create an Axe Of Winter.
