The Moose Cap is a new item in Winterfest 2015. This item could be obtained by harvesting a Giving Tree at 100%. It spawns a Moose Leash to follow you around when equipped.

This item can't be spliced.

This item never drops any seeds.

This can be trained as an Earth Battle Pet.
