To make this item, Mix 1 Steel Axe Handle, 2 Icy Axe Blade, and 1 Grip Tape in any Chemical Combiner.
This item was created during Winterfest 2015. It gives the Icy Axe mod. Snowflakes float around the axe when it is equipped.
In-game Description
Mittens are recommended when wielding this icy monstrosity, which does extra damage to blocks.
