This item never drops any seeds
Additonal info:
Flaming cape can be made by dropping Vampire Cape In Highly Combustible Box and close it. Then use an Eldritch Flame or a Pocket Lighter on it. It has the same effects as Phoenix Wings ( Fire trail appears when jumping and burning effect when respawn / die).
The flaming cape does not resist fire! You will still take normal damage from lava.
