The Inside-Out Vampire Cape was introduced during Halloween Week 2015. It grants the player the Double Jump mod and creates a flurry of red bats upon the player's death. It is an extremely low chance of obtaining when consuming 25 Cape Tatters on yourself. Every time the player jumps, a red bat is released out of the cape and flies upwards before slowly disappearing.
