This consumable is released on the week of Fishing Pack on September 12, 2015.
This item can only be obtained by fishing with Shrimp Lure.
It is one of the three baits you cannot get from Tackle Boxes, and is able to catch the biggest and rarest fish in the game, such as the whale.
