This consumable is released on the week of Fishing Pack on September 12, 2015.
This item can be obtained by fishing with Shrimp Lure or from Tackle Box.
It is the rarest bait you can get from Tackle Boxes, and is able to catch the biggest and rarest fish in the game, such as the whale.
