The Wiggly Worm is a consumable bait which was released along with he Fishin' Pack. It usually results in very small fish. Five Wiggly Worms come with the purchase of the Fishin' Pack.

This item is also a possible drop from breaking Dirt.
Dropping Wiggly Worms in the maw of Growganoth will give a Minor Otherworldly Bait.
