The Rollback Plaque III was a rollback plaque introduced during August 2015 when a Rollback occurred.
On August 9, 2015, Hamumu made a thread on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback would take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but would not drop any seeds.
It was made by splicing Cave Background Seed + Sign Seed.
Trivia
The Rollback Plaque III has an icon on it, symbolising a RAID array burning up as this was the cause of the Rollback, resulting is loss of data.
