The Third Rollback Plaque is an item relased and available for the August, 2015 dubbed the Apology Weekend, and as compensation for the third rollback.
On August 9th, 2015, Hamumu made a thread on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback will take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but not drop any seeds.
It was made by splicing Cave Background Seed with Sign Seed.

If you don't notice the icon on it, it's actually the Server driver burning up!
