The Third Rollback Plaque is an item relased and available for the weekend of August, 2015 dubbed the Apology Weekend, and as compensation for the Third Rollback.
On August 9th, 2015, Hamumu made a thread on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback will take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but not drop any seeds.
It will most likely be made by splicing Cave Background and something similar to rollback plaque I or II which were Door and Sign
