This Item Was Added During The Summerfest 2015
You Can Only Get This Leash by randomly using Super Firework or break a Summer Suprise or finding it in the
treasure chests that are hidden in a beach blasted world.
The price ranges from 650-700 World Locks (Going up after Summerfest)
This Leash Replaces The Phoenix Wings so the Phoenix Wings are no longer obtainable
