Here's a useful tip: if you find a pineapple big enough, you can hollow it out and jam it on your head! Wait a minute, that's not useful at all.

Pineapple Head is a special item which will not drop any seed. This item cannot be spliced.

This item was added during the Super Pineapple Party.

It can be obtained by beating Pine-Fresh, a villain which only spawns either during the Super Pineapple Party, or if summoned by a Pineapple Air Freshener.
