This item is obtainable through Pineapple Magic.

This backpack contains pineapple juice you can use to power a flamethrower or Harvester!
Additional Info
When used with a Harvester, harvested trees will have a chance to drop pineapple themed blocks.
Unlike the Fuel Pack, the Pineapple Juice DOES NOT double fruit drops.
