The Golden Halo is a splicable consumable which was added on Growtopia's launch. Up to 4 of this item can be dropped from harvesting its tree.

When consumed on a player, this item grants the Angelic Halo mod, which adds a golden halo over the player's head for 30 minutes.

The Holy Jeans grants a similar halo when equipped. Unlike the Golden Halo, it lasts for an indefinite time, until the jeans are removed.
The Golden Halo is one of the clothing items required to earn the Stupid Cupid achievement, alongside the Ruby Necklace, Angel Wings, Heartbow, and Diaper.

The Angelic Halo mod in effect on a player.
All the clothes required to earn the Stupid Cupid achievement: the Golden Halo itself, Ruby Necklace, Angel Wings, Heartbow, and Diaper.
