Holographic Sign
The Holographic Sign is a special type of sign in which it is futuristic and spacey looking, and has the same properties as the everyday sign you see. This was from an early update, in version 1.87.
Crafting/Splicing
As far as we know, the sign cannot be spliced but is a surgery reward.
