This item is only obtainable during St. Patrick's Week. It looks very similar to the hair that lays under the Witch Hat.
The hair can be obtained by finishing one of the BLARNEY worlds during St Patrick's Week, kissing the Blarney Stone and you have a random chance of obtaining the hair.
Some players use this clothing to disguise in a dirt.
