This item is only obtainable during St. Patrick's Week. It looks very similar to the hair that lays under the Witch Hat.
The hair can be obtained by finishing one of the BLARNEY worlds during St Patrick's Week, kissing the stone and you have a random chance of obtaining the hair.
The players use this cloth to disguise in a dirt.
