These Teeny Angel Wings were released during Valentine's Week 2015. You can obtain them by breaking Heartstone Deposits or by buying Valentine's Goodies. They look like Angel Wings but smaller in size.
You can make Golden Teeny Angel Wings by using these wings.

Even as tiny as they are, these wings allow you to jump in mid-air!
