These Teeny Angel Wings were released during Valentine's Week 2015. You can obtain them by breaking Heartstone Deposits or by buying Valentine's Goodies. They look like Angel Wings but smaller in size.
You need them to make Golden Teeny Angel Wings (Golden Teeny Angels)
