Blue Crystals are Seed-Based Items that can be placed or placed over other crystals to make new items!
The Item's rarity is 100, and is NOT a perma-item! (Be Careful on how you use it, or you will waste it!)
In-game Description
This crystal is not yet in balance. Perhaps if you place it in the bosom of its Earth Mother, and then join it with 4 other crystals, it can achieve harmony.

This item can't be spliced. This item never drops any seeds. This item has special properties you can adjust with the Wrench.
