The Phone Booth is a block, introduced along with the Superhero Pack. One comes with the purchase of the Superhero Pack. When the player punches the block while standing on it, it gives the option to remove all the clothing items the player is wearing and stores it - do the same process when retrieving back the items stored in the booth.
