This item can only be obtained by sacrificing a Dragon Hand, Ice Dragon Hand, or Fiesta Dragon to Growganoth.

This is a unique sacrifice, so dropping a stack will yield an equal amount in return.

This items has no use unless you have 20 of them. If you have 20, they can be used on yourself to create a Skeletal Dragon Claw.
