It is extremely hard to get freeze or fire wand, only obtained from Moderators, the Chaos Cursed Wand is actually pretty common in the game.
Additional Info
This items gives the Chaos mod. Using it fires red swirls at the target, and creates a growtopian soul (as seen when players respawn) on impact except more faded than when players respawn. It also breaks blocks faster, similar to the Enhanced Digging Mod.
