The Ringmaster can be found at the very top center of any of the CARNIVAL worlds as long as [[The Carnival]] is in town. Like the [[Legendary Wizard]], he is a Quest Giver. For the small price of 10 [[Golden Ticket]]s he will allow you to embark on a 10 step quest to win one of his prized [[Fistful Of Rings|Rings]].
