You can get Balance Mooncakes from harvesting trees of any kind. The rarity of the tree is the chance you can get any one of the 4 mooncakes (excluding balance). The chance of a mooncake dropped from a tree being a balance mooncake is 1 in 100.

You can also get one (including all the other mooncakes) by purchasing the Harvest Pack that costs 20,000 gems.

It is also used to make Songpyeons.
