To make the Legen seed, you have to mix 3 different machine parts: Kerjigger , Whatchamacallit and Doodad in any Chemical Combiner. If you mix this seed with the Dary seed you will make the Legendary Wizard Tree.

Note that if you plant this seed without a Dary seed you will just get the seed back.*
