It is obtained by completing the Quest of the Heavens for the Legendary Wizard. Considering Legendary Wings requires at least three Golden Angel Wings and Phoenix Wings, it is probably the most expensive wings in the game.
Quest Steps
1: Bring The Wizard 1000 Clouds.
2: Get 100 kills In PVP.
3: Break 5,000 Blocks of any kind.
4: Bring The Wizard 600 Fairy Wings.
5: Plant 50,000 rarity worth of trees. (e.g. Dirt = 1)
6: Gain 50 Growtoken.
7: Bring the Wizard 3 of those Bubble Wings.
8: Earn 10,000 Exp.
9: Bring The Wizard 800 Crimson Eagle Wings.
10: Bring The Wizard 100,000 Gems.
11: Break 100.000 rarity worth of any kind of blocks.
12: Perform 100 successful surgeries.
13: Collect 1.000 Provisions (E.g. Science Stations, Cows, Chickens)
14. Bring the Wizard 20 Rainbow Wings.
