Legendary Wizard is an NPC which was released during the Legendary update in August 22, 2014. You could go on a Legendary Quest, but the player has to be level 40 or above.

The Legendary Wizard is no longer tradable in worlds and attempting to break the lock in the world where the Legendary Wizard is will have a message appear saying "Can't smash the World Lock while Untradable blocks exist!"

Appearance

It looks like a purple wizard holding a staff in his/her hands. It also has a grey beard.
