When Compressing: "You Compressed 100 World Locks into Diamond Lock! You can compress World Locks by double-clicking them.
When Shattering: You Shattered a Diamond Lock into 100 World Locks! You can shatter a Diamond Lock by double-clicking it.
Recycling it gives you 20,000 Gems.
The Diamond Lock works exactly like a regular World Lock, the only difference being that it is much more valuable (100 times more valuable). It allows the player to trade more than 200 world locks (one diamond lock is equivalent to 100 world lock.) See the World Lock page for more details. This can also be made by combining 1 Robotic Lock, 20 Crystal Blocks and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner.
